First issue: the package is a native package, instead of a normal
package (.dsc, .diff.gz and .orig.tar.gz). Likely you just need to
rename jigzo_0.6.1-1.tar.gz to

I have packaged it, it works on my machine, and lintian has nothing to
complain. I have uploaded all files to
