Bug#886501: RFS: qwt/6.1.3-1

2018-01-10 Thread Sebastiaan Couwenberg
Hi Gudjon,

Please also fix #886171 with qwt (6.1.3-1) by incorporating the attached
changes, specifically the dh_makeshlibs override.

Kind Regards,

Bas

If I leave this of it ends up in a missing include refs.h (which is
in /usr/include/git2.

Kind regards

  Andreas.

PS: I also tried the other proposed solution - see my answer there.

Please try leaving off -I/usr/include/git2 to avoid this unwanted
shadowing. (git2.h includes the other headers as "git2/*.h", so you
shouldn't need that flag.)

Help with libgit2 needed to strip code copy from r-cran-git2r

2018-01-10 Thread Andreas Tille
Hi,

r-cran-git2r was rejected by ftpmaster[1] due to the code copy of
libgit2. I intended to fix this by removing the code copy and linking
against the Debian packaged libgit2. The attempt to do so can be found
in Git[2]. Unfortunately that seems to be not as simple as I was
hoping for since I'm running into:

...

[mentors.debian.net] Scheduled outage tonight 2017-01-10

2018-01-10 Thread Nicolas Dandrimont
Hi,

Our contact at our friendly hoster, Wavecon, has just informed us that a
SPECTRE/Meltdown-related maintenance will happen on their hosting
infrastructure at any time from now to tomorrow 06:00 UTC.

This means that mentors.debian.net will be unavailable for the duration of a
hypervisor migration/reboot, during the maintenance window.

Feel free to reply to this thread if something is still broken after the
reboot (that wasn't already broken before).

Thanks to Wavecon for their continued support, and thanks for flying
mentors.debian.net airlines :)

Cheers,
