I am still waiting for a sponsor. But the version 2018.4-1 migrated to testing 
and thus I would like to also update this RFS. Here is the updated information

This was wrong. The version on mentors was 2018.3-1~bpo9+1 (like you can also 
see in the link). The ticket 911071 was about the other backport (which was 
closed later because jessie-backports-sloppy is now closed).

Since cmake decided to mention it in build/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log
and gave an explicit hint to read this file.
