I created molotov in order to make it easier for people to create bootable USB drives from a Windows 10 iso image, it is a command line utility that follows the Gnu coding standards and is made specifically for Debian. The reason I did this is because there is no such programs available for Linux that does this kind of stuff and if there is, these programs are distributed in third-party repositories such as PPAs. Installing programs from such repositories is considered unsafe and shall not be done on a sane Debian installation. The Molotov is quite small and only depends on Debian's native programs. The yellow color works only in some terminals, excluding eg. Linux console, despite yellow being among 16 basic colors. This happens only in curses modes, -p works ok. Glancing at |tee, I see that yellow gets output as \e[93m which Linux handles well (I've added this support myself in 4.9); I haven't investigated further what could be wrong.
