Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: important

 Dear mentors,

  I am looking for a sponsor for my patch fixing the RC bug #673770/#672940 in
the package "libcap2".
  I asked in #673770 on July 6 for someone to upload the fix and the maintainer
didn't object.

 * Package name    : libcap2
   Version         : 1:2.22-1.2
   Section         : libs

  It builds those binary packages:

    libcap-dev - development libraries and header files for libcap2
 libcap2    - support for getting/setting POSIX.1e capabilities
 libcap2-bin - basic utility programs for using capabilities
 libpam-cap - PAM module for implementing capabilities

  To access further information about this package, please visit the following
URL:

  http://mentors.debian.net/package/libcap2

  Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

    dget -x
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/libc/libcap2/libcap2_2.22-1.2.dsc

  Changes since the last upload:

libcap2 (1:2.22-1.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Add preinst script for libcap2-bin to properly remove PAM module
    on upgrade from libcap2-bin <= 1:2.22-1. (Closes: #673770)
