FTR, that's our "fault", we renamed that file in the last upload to
es_ES.
That said I knew there were no rdeps of it, but of course I'd pay much
more attention when doing so if packages start build-depending on it.

Also, pretty confident 'hyph_es_ES.dic' is not going anywhere anytime
soon now, that's a quite relevant lang/country ;)

Please build this in a clean sid chroot.

dpkg-query: no path found matching pattern /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_es_ANY.dic
dh_linktree: error: dpkg --search -- /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_de_DE.dic
/usr/share/hyphen/hyph_en_US.dic /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_es_ANY.dic
/usr/share/hyphen/hyph_fr.dic /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_it_IT.dic
/usr/share/hyphen/hyph_ru_RU.dic /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_uk_UA.dic gave error
exit status 1

Please rename README to README.ru, preferably upstream.
Please consider using hyphenation data from hyphen-* packages.
