closed manually by the sponsoring DD, rather than by editing the

I pushed a patch to golang-gopkg-alecthomas-kingpin.v2 that
substitutes text/template from Go 1.6 for the forked package
golang-github-alecthomas-template, which is no longer needed.

OCSP test to avoid network access in the build chroot.
