Dear Mentors,

I haven't been able to find a sponsor for 883...@bugs.debian.org for
many months.  Would someone who is interested in encouraging python
development using emacs please consider sponsoring this?

Summary of the most important changes since my last RFS upload: new
upstream version, now supports dh-elpa self-tests and autotests, and
installs manpage generated with sphinxdoc.

  Try enabling tests with ert_eval
  Load test/test-helper.el explicitly during tests
  Relax dh depend to 11~ to allow backporting.
  Add more deps needed for self-tests
  Merge upstream tag '1.18.0'

  Add 0001-Disable-failing-tests.patch to disable 15 failing tests
  Re-enable autopkgtests
  Enable sphinxdoc-generated documentation
  Switch Vcs from alioth to salsa.
  Patch sphinx-generated docs for python3 support
  Add basic upstream documentation
  Do not install html docs that duplicate manpage
  Install manpage
  Add patch to fix spelling errors in documentation
  Add forwarded header to 0002-Use-py3-s-dict.items-instead...
  Release 1.18.0-1 to unstable

Git remote is the same, mentors page is the same, to download the dsc use:
dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/e/elpy/elpy_1.18.0-1.dsc
