Hello,

I've just rewritten the permission system of nm.debian.org to be more
flexible.

Now if you are an advocate, and spot some mistake in the personal
information of the person you are advocating, you are free to go ahead
and edit it. You can do so until the person gets approved by the AM:
after that point, FD and DAM are doing consistency checks and preparing
an RT ticket to keyring-maint and DSA, so they are the only ones allowed
to edit information that will go to LDAP.
