No, however if deletion occurs during normal edition
I have somehow isolated the problem. It appears when somebody tries to
rearrange the slides in the left pannel using the mouse with slightly worn left
button, or with touchpad.
Certain combination of position of the dragged slide and left button clicks
(e.g. caused by damaged left button)
