Summary of the bug report:
If mirror license is not Debian-specific, its license should explicitly
allow distribution of the program in modified form, by point #4 in
the DFSG.
The maintainer asked the author about being ok that *Debian*
distributes
Santiago IMHO, the way the question was formulated makes the ok from the
author
Santiago to be Debian-specific, but the maintainer disagrees.
