Can't get Kernel and intrid to start sarge installer

I have an oldworld mac clone (Umax S900) and I've been attempting for sometime now to get the sarge installer to run. I have bootx working but every time I try to get a kernel and intrid to boot for sarge it reboots my computer and my screen remains blank. Any suggestions? -Eric Hedekar
