After resume, check that the card is still at 11Mb/s. If not, re=put it
at 11Mb/s and ti should work.

the card is still at 11 Mbit, but the link quality and the signal level
are 0:
Link Quality:0 Signal
On 2.6.15, rmmod bcm43xx;modprobe bcm43xx after resume and afterwards
ifup eth1 worked sometimes...
