Apparently, somebody had satisfying results using
Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
Option "XkbModel" "ibook"
Option "XkbLayout" "fr"
Option "XkbOptions""lv3:lwin_switch"
This error happens when the driver radeon is (re-)loaded. Here are the
few lines preceding the error :
(II) Loading sub module "radeon"
(II) LoadModule: "radeon"
(II) Reloading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/radeon_drv.so
(WW) INVALID IO ALLOCATION b: 0xf400 e: 0xf4ff correcting^G
