If you can isolate the full command invoked then that will likely help. Perhaps simply try invoke this from the commandline: ps2pdf your-file > ps2pdf fails for some EPS tested that were made with Indesign on Mac. > The EPS files use the font "Gaspar" that I installed manually on the system by > copying the font variants' files into /usr/share/fonts/opentype/gaspar. > All EPS files were processed fine before the upgrade. Can you provide a sample EPS file for others to try reproduce? This is most likely an upstream issue, and I expect upstream to ask for the ability to reproduce both to be able to inspect the problem and also to be able to include it in their massive regression test pool - so if possible for you to share a breaking input file that would help a lot.
