The technical side of things does need a fair bit of work (the forums need an
upgrade, we need to add Let's Encrypt etc).

It seems that the conversion worked as I ran it overnight, we are now back to
the 17th.
I've got some minot things to do later on today to secure the forums, but after
that's done, we'll be ready to rock again.
