The reason of wanting to join is that I started packaging simplemonitor
(#1016113) and two missing dependencies: pyaarlo (#1053132) and
cloudscraper (#1053134).

I'd like to join the team. During DebCamp(DebConf23) I started packaging
software's[1,2,3] which I'm using day-to-day in my robotics research
work. At the moment I'm packaging python dependencies of those
software's and I would like to maintain it under the team's umbrella.
