Requesting to join team and for sponsorship of python-css-parser

Dear Python team, I'd like to finally join the DPMT, and am requesting sponsorship of a new package. That package is python-css-parser. I've been collaborating with Norbert Preining for a year on Calibre, and Calibre's most recent release requires css-parser, a fork of css-utils.

Hi, I've upgraded python-easydev[1] but the test fails: dh_auto_test -O--buildsystem=pybuild I: pybuild base:217: cd /build/python-easydev-0.9.37/.pybuild/cpython2_2.7_easydev/build; python2.7 -m unittest discover -v. --
