Request to join DPMT & PAPT

Hello Debian Python Team,

I would like to upload Weblate (#796777). For that I have been working 
in some modules (social-auth-app-django, translation-finder, 
celery-batches) which are now being maintained by the DPMT. To continue 
with the remaining work I would like to join both the DPMT and PAPT teams.
