Request to join Python team on Salsa

2022-11-25 Thread John Goerzen
Hello,

I would like to join the team primarily to maintain pygopherd in Debian.

My salsa login is jgoerzen.

I have read policy.rst and accept it.

Further background:

I previously maintained a number of Python packages in Debian, all of
which were removed during Python 2 deprecation. I am the original
author of Pygopherd, and it is now compatible with Python 3. I would
like to re-introduce it to Debian, as part of the team.

Thanks,

John

The most recent version I found, from December 11th, 2017:

https://web.archive.org/web/20171211221837/https://python-modules.alioth.debian.org/policy.html

It might be a good idea to provide this link on the wiki, assuming it is
up-to-date.

Request to join python team on salsa

2018-05-29 Thread Samuel Henrique
Hello, i was already a member of the python-modules team on alioth, since
the moving to salsa i lost permissions to create new repositories, I need
them to work on my gsoc project (http://deb.li/gsocpkgsec).

I already have three packages which i want to package under the team
(python-pluginbase, python-shodan and python-libnmap), all of them are
python3 compatible.

I wasn't able to open
https://python-modules.alioth.debian.org/python-modules-policy.html[0] but
i'm sure i have read them when joining the team on alioth.

My salsa username is: samueloph

Thanks
