Also, pastedeploy is currently wrong and misses the dh-python
build-depends, which is what me think it was probably correct to omit it

python3 depends on dh-python. As much as I can see, that's the only
package with a direct dependency on dh-python. Therefore, for Jessie, it
is perfectly valid to omit dh-python in build-depends, as long as your
package build-depends on python3.

I don't want to start a wiki war, but I'm not entirely happy with this
change. I see that Piotr reverted part of it, but I want to revert the
removal of the d/rules stanza. It's fine to have a link to the pybuild page,
and maybe we don't need the duplication, but I want LibraryStyleGuide to be a
