Is everyone looking for toggleglobalsitepackages ? BTW, I was able to dupe this issue before chris filed it, but I can't recall if I was in a venv or not. Something wonky was going on, but the package looked OK. I tried switching to dh short syntax (in d/rules) and it was working fine. I didn't go much farther then that.
