answer, I don't see why I couldn't join the Python Module Team, but my
participation may remain marginal. I estimate I can almost guarantee a

The upstream author has plans to rename the package. Maybe I can wait
he completed the transition / help him with the transition so it
happens sooner.

I'm not quite sure when this started, but dh_strip is placing my Python
.so extensions into /usr/lib/debug/..., which makes Lintian complain:
$ dpkg-buildpackage
[...]
dh_strip -v -a -ppython-llfuse --dbg-package=python-llfuse-dbg;
install -d
