Repost: Request to join DPMT

Hey,

I would like to join DPMT with Salsa user bage-guest to work on the
unreleased python-freetype package. My ITP is in BTS#649623. I have read
the Python Modules Policy and accept it.

As my first email was not answered for two weeks, this is a repost.
