This is the precursor of dvi2tty and is the source of dvi2tty's
non-freeness.

The dvi2tty package disappeared in the last week or so from the
archives. I understand that it is an orphaned package and furthermore
a non-free one, but even so I don't see why it can't remain on the
archives, since it still works: it doesn't have any bugs against it
but one normal/wishlist, and
