Here is the system information about my fvwm-crystal installation:
Package: fvwm-crystal
Version: 3.4.1+dfsg-1
Severity: normal
-- System Information:
Debian Release: 9.2
APT prefers stable-updates
APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable'), (50, 'testing')
Architecture: amd64
So the problem disappears without following lines, but I'm not sure this is
right solution...

Oh, I have found this is working under gnome and under clean fvwm, not
fvwm-crystal. So it seems the problem seats in the fvwm-crystal
somewhere... I'll dig deeper.
Package: xombrero
Version: 2:1.6.4-3+b2
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I installed xombrero browser and i can see any pages, but i can't
scroll pages by mouse wheel. I can click into scrollbar and drag the
thumb, but wheel doesn't work. In other applications it's not a problem -
i can
, at the moment it
documents who/when/where introduced which changes.
