set, kmail takes mail-followup-to unconditionally.
Please consider making this behavior configurable and/or to ask the
user where to reply to.

FWIW, I though the expected behaviour was to use reply-to for reply to
found its way into some version of the corresponding deb package yet ?
I have the same problem ... annoying !
