KDE3 and broken Help-Handbook

Hi, A short question: Since KDE4 moved into debian, the help menu has been broken on (presumably) all KDE3 applications. The issue is described in #525621 (filed in April 2009), and the fix is a small patch to kapplication.cpp (borrowed from ubuntu, which it seems has been applying this patch
