Dear Maintainer,
In order to access my GDrive I've installed kio-gdrive and I've tried to add a
proper gdrive resource, but immediately systemsettings crashes. These are the

I just tried Jessie, and I saw that the bug is still present in KDE 4.12.4
I updated https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293906.
Should I open a bug against udisks?

* What led up to the situation?
Upgrading from Squeeze to Wheezy.
In Squeeze I found a good management of usb mass storage devices.

The same happened to me and it seems a problem with upstream
(see http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=215&t=99139).
I think that Debian should move to a more recent kdepim as soon as 4.7.
Since the first moment I installed Woody I fell in love with Debian. In so many
years since then, I've never been disappointed by this great distribution and
its philosophy. Among the wonderful Debian project, the KDE Team has always
supported KDE users with many efforts to package the latest KD
t upstream if you have some spare time, because now I'm
really busy? Otherwise I will do it sometime in the near future.

I can confirm this bug. At the beginning I thought I was mistyping the
PW during login, after I have found that every time I boot my machine I
must login twice.

Sorry there is no backtrace, even with --debug option, so this bugreport is

Kpackage has become useless and substitutions (kpackagekit?) are on the way,

This is not a Debian bug, indeed it has been already opened on bugs.kde.org

Probably we must wait for a fix upstream sooner or later.

I love kmail and I'm using it since 2002, but I have just come aware that it
has this silly behaviour by design: it changes automatically the special
characters used for spacing and indentation
nothing.
Kmid behaves in this way just described with any software synthesizer I have
(Timidity and Fluidsynth). I use Rosegarden as a positive control, to check
if I've loaded the right modules and softsynth with soundfonts: every time
Rosegarden plays well any song.

mething, like a locked chord.
So the complete absence of any sound seems do be due to the initial silence
contained in some of the songs I have that is extended to the end of the song
itself. I've tried this both using timidity and fluidsynth: kmid behaves the
same.
I hope this helps a little
t it. Midi
playing has always been a nightmare in Linux :)
Ciao

I needed to push the power button. The rest it's history.
I think that this system hangs during shutdown are very dangerous and
the bug needs to be fixed ASAP and the severity switched from important
to grave.
