I expect that this will not be fixed upstream until the Qt Modularization kicks in where the Qt tools are in a separate source package. As a short term workaround you could: Build (but not package) QtWebkit in qt4-x11 and make qt4-dev-tools manually depend on libqtwebkit4. That's what we have
