a separate bug downstream to align with
Debian on the naming issue, I believe Debian should also rename the
kdevelop-python package to kdevelop-python3 to make way for
kdevelop-python for a Py 2 package.

Recommends to clarify that when a package contains multiple programs
[that word nowadays seems quite archaic! :-)], the dependency of only
one of those programs will be considered a Recommends and not a
Depends.

sqlite database driver!.
Installing the libqt5sql5-sqlite package allows Qt 5 Assistant to
load. Apparently this is a hard dependency which is mistakenly labeled
as a Recommends. Please fix this.
