upgrading kwallet related libraries from 5.47 to 5.49 I couldn't not access
my passwords stored in kwallet for chromium.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

downgrading and restarting plasma desktop restored chromium calling kwallet

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
