Bug#892601: kde-cli-tools: kdesu hangs after password input

Dear Maintainer,

'kdesu' in buster is provided by 2 packages (maybe installed at the same time):
1. kde-cli-tools: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5/kdesu
2. kde-runtime: /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/kdesu-distrib/kdesu

Running any command with the first one (provided by kde-cli-tools),
leads to a hung password input form right after entering the root's 
password and pressing OK; Then you may only terminate kdesu. 
The other kdesu (provided by kde-runtime) has no problem.

Dear Maintainer,

I tried to launch partitionmanager, and after I entered the root passowrd, well 
- nothing happend,
the password input form stopped reacting on any buttons. After some research I 
found, that the source of the 
problem was /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5/kdesu - it displays passowrd 
input form, but after you input
the passowrd (be it correct or not) it just hangs and does nothing.
So:
What I expect:
--I enter "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kf5/kdesu" "-c 
KDE_FULL_SESSION=true XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/1000 
DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS=unix:path=/run/user/1000/bus partitionmanager 
--dontsu".
Partitionmanager (or any other program) is launched with administrative 
privileges.
What I get:
kdesu hangs
