Hi release team,
Can someone tell me why noweb isn't migrating to testing? The excuses
page says that noweb depends on icon, but icon is in testing, and the
dependency isn't a versioned dependency. Is it because icon isn't
built on armel or m68k in testing?

vmware-package tried to use to opportunistically add library deps to
