I'd like to propose a stable update for devscripts to add a few small
changes which will make things easier for maintainers during the squeeze
release cycle. Specifically, the changes are:

Actually, renewing libosip2 package does not difficult.
I have concern about side effect for some packages which depend
libosip2. And I cannot check whole packages.
