Please unblock package ca-certificates [ Reason ] Update root CA store, and fix RC FTBFS bug. [ Impact ] Key package FTBFS, root store data is 2 years out of date. [ Tests ] N/A, the changes are 1) update to data files, 2) FTBFS fix by updating a build-time script, 3) trivial compat fix for update-ca-certificates. [ Risks ] Changes are reasonably minimal. [ Checklist ] [x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them [x] attach debdiff against the package in testing unblock ca-certificates/20230311 Thanks, Julien
