I have uploaded a fix for vzctl. It turned out that one of the
patches for an important bug #597876 was wrong. One character
was missing.

When I tested this it was obvious that this did not work as well as it should.
I have applied two more patches to make it work as it should. This problem must
have been masked by the other problem.

Thanks a lot for your comment! I was not aware of that rule myself.
I have now changed both Required-Start and Required-Stop to a more
suiteable value. That is depend on $local_fs, $time, $syslog for start
and just $local_fs for stop.
This is available in 3.0.24-3 that I just uploaded.
