Currently we have clamav 0.103.7 in stable, testing, and unstable. Version
0.103 is a LTS release for clamav and we should be able to support Bullseye
through it's remaining lifetime with clamav 0.103/libclamav9.
The same cannot be said for Bookworm. Clamav recently released their next LTS
