Hi,
recent NMUed security update of botan1.10 broke ABI in stable,
breaking (at least) monotone (see #823297).
Could you please binNMU these packages:

And is there a way that doesn't involve filling a serious bugs on all of
those reverse deps? I have no problem bumping the severity on those I
have already filled, but it seems to be excessive.
