caused by gold bug #869768, it won’t use gold when built with new qtbase.
After that is done and things settle, we will be ready for starting the
binNMUs for the actual transition.

I am requesting its removal from testing. I will leave it to the maintainer
(CCed) to care about removal from sid.
Its removal from testing should help with the old gnome-panel binaries:
it is the only package that still depends on gir1.2-panelapplet-5.0.
