Dear release team,

I would like to update the Firefox addon https-everywhere in Stretch. The
XUL extensions are incompatible and do not work with the latest
version of Firefox in Stretch anymore. The only way to restore
functionality is to backport the version from Buster which provides
the new WebExtension format.

The new package version will be 2018.8.22-1~deb9u1.

Regards,

Markus
