Uploading linux (5.19.11-1)

Hi I would like to upload linux version 5.19.11-1 to unstable. The update consists of rebasing to the latest 5.19.11 upstream stable version in the 5.19.y series. An ABI bump is included. Some additional packaging changes are included: * [armhf] sound/soc/rockchip: Enable SND_SOC_RK3288_HDM
