Does this package actually work? The entire app/ and config/ directories
are not installed anywhere in the binary package ... rails-admin, as
others, is not a simple Ruby library, but a Rails engine, so the default
installation that gem2deb does is not enough.

Please, upload them. (ruby-tzinfo should not break rails, it doesn't
