Request to join to Debian Science Team on Salsa

Please accept my request to join to the team.
Currently I'm the uploader of python-gnuplot and I have prepared a Python 3
port for it[1] (Closes: #933686). It's been a long time since the last
upload of python-gnuplot that I hadn't request to join to the team before.
