For CLHEP debs, see James Ferrando's web site: http://www-zeus.desy.de/~ferrando/ For GEANT4, Justin already pointed out my email of a few days ago :-) I also created a wiki page about it here: http://wiki.debian.org/DebianScienceGeant4 More good news is that António Amorim, a developer of PAIPIX (based on Knoppix, with additional scientific applications) has just spoken with one of the GEANT 4 people at CERN, and received unofficial confirmation that it was OK to redistribute GEANT 4.
