coinor packages

2022-07-22 Thread Håvard F . Aasen
Hi,

I was looking at coinutils [1], and noticed it was lagging a few "bug-fix"
releases behind.

Would it be ok if I reintroduced the packages coinutils and coinor-osi
into the team, and add myself as uploader?

If we are to keep the coinor packages up to date, we also need to ship a new
package, I have already prepared, coinor-data-sample [2], this is test files
that has been split out from the coinutils package. I was hoping to maintain
this under the Science Team umbrella. There is also a second package I would
like to package, coinor-data-netlib [3], these are optional test files,
and as far as i know isn't shipped in any package in Debian. I haven't filed
any ITP's yet.

If we go through with this, packages that depends on files split out from
coinutils, would need to add coinor-data-sample as a build-dependency, if
they use the test files of course, coinor packages normally do.

I'm not sure if I am an official team member, I know I already has developer
access, if not, I would also request to join the Debian Science Team.
