Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that sfepy's documentation could not be built reproducibly.

(The package will still be unreproducible due to a change in the
terms.x86_64-linux-gnu.so file generated from terms.pyx, unfortunately.)
