Weird, the new python3 module seems to have broken the python2 dolfin
module. That's not good.
Importing dolfin gives the error:
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'cpp'

Testing the new python3 dolfin. It works fine on my own scripts. But
seems to fail when instant is invoked by interpolate.
