Bug#754603: gnuplot-qt does not provide gnuplot-nox, but package description says otherwise

2014-07-13 Thread Anton Gladky
Hi Josef, thanks for bugreport. I think we should fix the documentation, that is true. I do not really see any reason, why gitstats depends on gnuplot-nox, not gnuplot itself. gnuplot-nox is the minimal version of gnuplot, so it should not be any problems to use -x11 or -qt. Please ask gistats

Hi Anton, gitstats is not the only package. There are few more depending on gnuplot-nox: boinc-cgi-stripchart, gitstats, gnuplot-mode, libchart-gnuplot-perl, polygraph, probcons-extra. I don't know these tools, but I guess there will be the same dependency problem as with gitstats. Could you

Bug#754674: ovito: old binaries on armel/armhf

2014-07-13 Thread Cyril Brulebois
Hi Anton, Anton Gladky gl...@debian.org (2014-07-13): thanks for bugreport. I actually requested package removal on arm* platforms and it was already done [1]. The reason is the impossibility to build a new ovito against Qt5 on arms due to -opengl es2 compiler flag, which is used for arms.
