Dear Maintainer,
the version number used in break+replaces is wrong, it is missing the
epoch. So I got today:
Unpacking libblitz-doc (1:0.10-3.1) over (1:0.10-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive

Control: found -1 1:0.10-3
Breaks without Replaces is not sufficient

Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite
